Your library card lets you borrow materials from all public libraries in Connecticut.
Non-residents must have a current hometown library card to borrow materials.
Visit HCH to add your card or contact us for remote arrangements.
Children may get a card in spring of their Kindergarten year. Parents or guardians are responsible for any items checked out on their child’s card. Head of Children's Services, Coralie Williams, will visit Joel to distribute cards. Email coralie@hchlibrary.org for more info.

The Henry Carter Hull Library Board of Trustees is comprised of a dedicated and hard-working group of Clinton residents. Together, they are the body that is officially responsible for the operation of the library and for making library policy.
