Description
Officer Dave Brown, a Vietnam veteran and a Rampart Precinct cop with two ex-wives and two daughters, blurs the lines between right and wrong to assert his own idea of justice to the streets of Los Angeles, but when he gets caught on video, Brown is forced to face the consequences of his past sins.
